Commonly customers, orders, inventory, membership, work orders or admin backends — whatever you specify must be managed in one place. What is included follows your list, not a fixed all-in package.

When records grow, more people collaborate, and status must be tracked — and spreadsheets or chat become hard to search or reconcile. If volume is still small and one person can keep control, spreadsheets may still be enough for a while.
